Appointments can be scheduled up to 2 days in advance. For last-minute appointments, kindly reach out to us by giving us a call. Please note that all appointments are considered tentative until a 50% deposit is sent.  If Zelle (royalreset.llc@gmail.com) is unavailable, please contact us via email or phone to explore alternative payment methods.

We appreciate your understanding that appointments require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Kindly note that all deposits are non-refundable.

To arrange parties, kindly send an email or text detailing your desired services and the number of guests to be accommodated. As a host, you'll enjoy a 50% discount on all services.
